Rules

This is a swingers group. There is no guarantees of sex.

We don't discriminate because of race sex or religion. If it is a problem to have a white guy watching or black girl this is not your party. Our parties have been known to have all races from native American to Hispanic to African to American blacks to whites to Indias and everything in between 

No exceptions to be made unless otherwise prearranged.

1. Condoms are required when mutual consenting adults decide to play at a party. We suggest you bring your own. if you do not bring condoms we will have a limited number at the parties. For the girls you may also want to bring puppy pads, we have a limited number on hand.

2. No means No. If I have to explain this your at the wrong place.

3. Drama free (or you will be ask to leave and may be banned from future parties)

4. D/s play is ok as long as no bodily fluids are spilled (blood, piss etc)

5. Must be 21

6.Parties are no smoking inside, we will have a smoking area 

7. BYOB is allowed as long as it does not interfere with the party. Some alcohol may be provided. We will have water and soda. We will  also some snacks. Feel free to bring stuff to share that is Clearly marked.

8. Watching is ok if you are not standing to close and are quite.

9. Ask before joining or touching. Respect should be given to everyone. Women that means you ask too.

9. Respect that others want to play as well so don't hog the play space all night.

10. Party start and end times will be posted. Doors will close 1 hour after start time. Once doors close there will be no coming and going in and out. Late arrival can be pre arranged with one of the 3 hostesses or the host.

11. No pictures are allowed unless otherwise arranged by all parties involved. Please leave you cell phones in your car.

12. There is a designated area for a safe zone were everyone will be covered as to make new comer feel comfortable.

        A. 2hours After doors close safe areas may be removed to allowed for more play if there is alot of people since we only have 2 bedrooms.

13. Because of limited play space there is no private play area, which means all doors will remain open. Additionally, we ask that you be prepared to share the play space.

14. This is at a private house and parking can be difficult. Please car pool if possible.

15. The address for new people is sent out the day of the party. Please make sure we have your name and number so you can receive it the text.

16. If you are not in the RSVP list you will not be let In as we have limited space.

17. Prepay $60 for a single male. Couple is 40 and single female is free. You can pre pay on cash app at $SSKCTacoma. If you pay cash at the door it is 80 single male and 60 for a couple. Please have exact change as we do not carry change and will consider the change a party tip. ;)
